What’s included in your GIG Sorter subscription
Your GIG Sorter subscription includes access to the core tools designed to help you manage the business side of your work.
Core features include:
CRM and contact management
Pipelines and opportunity tracking
Email marketing tools
Standard workflow automation
Forms and landing pages
Calendars and bookings
Tasks, notes and follow up tools
Standard reporting and business management features
Access to new core GIG Sorter features as they are released
There is no additional software charge simply for using these core features.
What can cost extra?
Some features rely on external services or usage based infrastructure. These are charged separately because the underlying platform or service provider charges for their use.
Service
When additional fees may apply
Email sending
Your plan may include an email allowance. Additional sends beyond that allowance may incur usage charges.
Email verification
Optional validation of email addresses or imported contact lists.
SMS and MMS
Sending and receiving text or multimedia messages.
Phone numbers and calls
Purchasing a phone number, making or receiving calls, recording or transcribing calls.
Connecting and using WhatsApp messaging services.
Premium workflows and webhooks
Some advanced workflow actions are identified as Premium and incur usage charges when executed.
AI features
Some AI tools are usage based or require an additional subscription.
Dedicated email services
Dedicated sending IPs and other advanced email infrastructure.
Premium integrations and apps
Optional third party or marketplace services you choose to connect.
SEO, listings and hosting tools
Optional services such as SEO tools, online listings or WordPress hosting.
Payment processing
If you take payments through GIG Sorter, your payment provider, such as Stripe, will charge its normal transaction fees.
These fees are charged by the payment provider and are separate from your GIG Sorter subscription.
Domains and email accounts
Domain registration, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other external email or hosting services are not included unless specifically stated.
You can continue using services you already have.
Optional implementation support
Artist Implementation Support — A$197 one time
A short guided setup session focused on the core GIG Sorter features that are most technical to configure on your own, such as email and domain configuration and payment and checkout setup where required.
Business Systems Implementation — from A$2,500
We work with you to understand how your core business operates, then configure GIG Sorter around the key processes that drive it. Once the foundation is in place, you can continue building on it yourself or engage us for additional implementation support.
Why are some things charged separately?
GIG Sorter keeps the core subscription price low by not building the cost of optional or high usage services into everyone’s subscription.
Some optional premium and usage based services are charged separately because they rely on external platform or service provider pricing.
Those underlying charges can change from time to time, so additional fees may also change where provider pricing changes.
